Are your products Vegan?

Yes! We are proud to say that all our products are 100% Vegan! We want to ensure that our products bring their goodness to everyone so aim to ensure that everything is Gluten free, Lacto & Diary free.


 Are there any side effects?

Nutrienne's products are not a drug, but supplements which do not elicit side effects. We have specifically selected ingredients based on safety and clinically dosed efficacy. Our ingredients do not interact with each other or other types of supplements that you might be already taking.


Can I take Nutrienne if pregnant or breastfeeding?

Although all our products contain exclusively natural ingredients and botanicals, we recommend to consult your GP prior taking any supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally from our warehouse in England.

We offer Free Standard delivery with any order within UK. For the European Union delivery costs £9, USA costs £9.50. We aim to deliver in 7-14 working days, however this might be delayed depending on customs in your country. 

Please note you are responsible for any customs payments for deliveries outside of the EU.


If I'm not happy with the product can I return it?

Are Import Fees and Taxes Included in Shipping and Handling?

They are not. Shipping and handling covers the packaging of your order and its safe and guaranteed delivery to your door. When shipping internationally, the receiving country may add their own import fees or taxes. At this point, we aren’t able to predict how much each country will charge for your order to cross its borders. The fees vary quite a bit.


I accidentally put the wrong delivery address. Can I amend it?

To change your delivery address after you've made a purchase, contact us within an hour at help@nutrienne.com and we can sort it out for you. Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouse, we can't redirect it.
